These terms cover buying a Leif key on this site. Leif is run by Sam Millay in Rhode Island, USA.
A Leif key, its case, and use of the Leif app for macOS. The app is free to download and works only with a Leif key.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order, including for pre-orders. We never see or store your full card number.
See Shipping and Returns and refunds. Those pages are part of these terms.
The Leif app is provided as it is. It blocks the sites and apps you choose during a session; it isn't parental control or security software, and someone determined can get around it, for example by uninstalling it. Updates are free.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about your order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Rhode Island.
